Safety & Protection Policy
Last Updated: 29/04/2026
1. Financial Security & Payment Architecture
1.1 Non-Deposit Financial Framework
Cashino operates under a strictly non-transactional deposit infrastructure. The Cashino Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") explicitly prohibits and technically prevents the transmission, receipt, or processing of real-world monetary deposits in any form, including but not limited to: fiat currency (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.), cryptocurrency assets, digital wallet transfers, credit card payments, debit card transactions, bank transfers (ACH, wire transfers, SEPA), or any other financial instruments of monetary value. The Service architecture incorporates payment gateway isolation protocols and transactional barrier systems to ensure complete separation between the user's real financial accounts and the simulated in-app environment.
1.2 Unidirectional Withdrawal Protocol
User engagement with Cashino is fundamentally asymmetrical in its financial directionality. While monetary inflow is cryptographically and architecturally disabled, monetary outflow is permitted exclusively through the proprietary rewards redemption framework outlined herein. Users may only extract real-world value from the Service through the systematic redemption of sponsor-allocated perks, which constitute contractual obligations between Cashino and our strategic commercial partners, not direct payments from Cashino to end-users.
1.3 Simulation-to-Reality Value Bridge
Gameplay progression within Cashino utilizing in-app currency (hereinafter "Simulated Currency") does not represent or constitute claims against real financial assets held by Cashino. Simulated Currency is a computational abstraction used exclusively within the Service's application layer for gamification, engagement metrics, and reward eligibility determination. No correlation, conversion rate, or exchange mechanism exists between Simulated Currency and real-world monetary units.
2. Sponsor-Contingent Rewards Distribution Model
2.1 Revenue-Share Architecture
Cashino operates as an intermediary platform within a multi-stakeholder ecosystem. Commercial sponsors and advertising partners ("Sponsor Partners") allocate a fraction of their advertising and promotional revenues to Cashino, which subsequently redistributes a portion of these allocations to qualified end-users in the form of reward perks. This revenue-sharing mechanism creates a three-party economic model: (1) Sponsor Partners, (2) Cashino (platform operator), and (3) End-users (reward recipients). Cashino is not the originating source of reward value; rather, Cashino functions as a value distribution intermediary. No real financial obligation is borne directly by Cashino to furnish rewards.
2.2 Perk Categories & Sponsor Discretion
Redeemable perks are exclusively sponsor-provided assets or monetary credits, including but not limited to: (a) Gift Card Credits (PayPal, Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, etc.), (b) Cryptocurrency rewards (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, etc.), (c) Cash equivalents (via third-party payment processors), (d) In-app credits for third-party services, or (e) Digital merchandise or subscription benefits. The specific perks available are entirely contingent upon Sponsor Partner commitments and are subject to modification, discontinuation, or replacement at any time without notice. Cashino maintains no obligation to maintain, guarantee, or replenish any specific reward category.
2.3 Sponsor Withholding & Commercial Terms
Sponsor Partners retain contractual authority to withhold, restrict, or suspend reward allocation to Cashino at their sole discretion. Factors influencing sponsor decisions include, but are not limited to: advertising performance metrics, user demographics, geographic targeting, promotional budgets, regulatory compliance determinations, or strategic business decisions. Users acknowledge that reward availability is entirely dependent upon commercial arrangements between Cashino and Sponsor Partners, over which Cashino exercises no exclusive control.
3. Rule-Based Reward Allocation & Eligibility Criteria
3.1 Algorithmic Reward Assignment Framework
Reward distribution within Cashino is governed by a proprietary algorithmic framework incorporating multiple variables: (i) aggregate gameplay duration, (ii) in-app engagement frequency, (iii) session consistency metrics, (iv) feature utilization patterns, (v) user account age and historical behavior, (vi) geographical location, (vii) device specifications, (viii) referral network participation, and (ix) compliance with Community Standards and Terms of Service. The weighting coefficients, algorithm parameters, and decision trees underlying reward allocation are proprietary Cashino intellectual property and are not disclosed to users. Algorithm modifications may occur without notice.
3.2 Eligibility Contingencies & Disqualification Mechanisms
Reward eligibility is contingent upon satisfying complex, multi-dimensional criteria established unilaterally by Cashino. Users may be disqualified from reward programs for: detected automation or bot-like behavior patterns, account flagging for irregular activity, geographic restrictions imposed by Sponsor Partners, demographic incompatibility with sponsor targeting parameters, Terms of Service violations (including fraud suspicion), excessive reward redemption requests, API abuse detection, proxy or VPN usage, account linking to previously suspended accounts, or algorithmic determination of elevated risk profiles. Disqualification decisions are final and non-appealable.
3.3 Dynamic Rule Modification
Cashino reserves the right to modify, expand, or contract reward eligibility criteria at any time without prior notification. Changes to reward allocation rules are effective immediately upon publication within the mobile application. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified criteria.
4. Non-Guaranteed Rewards & Liability Limitations
4.1 Disclaimer of Reward Guarantees
Participation in Cashino gameplay does NOT guarantee, entitle, or create any contractual obligation for Cashino to provide rewards. Reward fulfillment is characterized as voluntary, discretionary, and non-binding. Users acknowledge that in-app engagement, regardless of duration, achievement level, or gameplay success, confers no guarantee of reward issuance. Rewards constitute acts of goodwill, not contractual deliverables. Users assume all risk that gameplay may result in zero reward value.
4.2 Rewards as Contingent Consideration
Rewards function as contingent secondary benefits derived from sponsor revenue-sharing arrangements, not primary compensation for user engagement. The characterization of rewards as "prizes," "earnings," "income," or "payment" is inaccurate and misleading. Rewards are discretionary allocations of sponsor-provided assets, subject to availability, sponsor commitment, and algorithmic determination.
4.3 Non-Liability for Reward Discontinuation
Cashino shall bear no liability for: (i) reward program termination, (ii) reward type discontinuation, (iii) reduction or elimination of reward quantities, (iv) account-level reward eligibility revocation, (v) perk expiration or forfeiture, (vi) sponsor withdrawal from partnerships, or (vii) any circumstances resulting in zero reward value. These outcomes, while potentially disappointing, are contractually within Cashino's reserved rights and do not constitute breach, negligence, or liability.
5. Simulation Classification & No Real Gambling Involvement
5.1 Casino Simulator Designation
Cashino is explicitly classified as a casino SIMULATOR application. While the Service incorporates game mechanics resembling traditional casino games (slots, blackjack, roulette, poker, etc.), these games operate exclusively with Simulated Currency using random number generation (RNG) algorithms that carry zero real-world financial consequences. Players cannot wager real money, incur real financial losses, or engage in legally-defined gambling activities as characterized under applicable jurisdictional gaming regulations.
5.2 RNG & Fairness Certification
All game outcomes are determined by cryptographically-secure RNG algorithms. Game mechanics are designed for entertainment simulation purposes only. While games incorporate probabilistic elements, no player outcome correlates to real financial gain or loss. The Service is not subject to gaming commission oversight, gambling licensing requirements, or regulatory gambling frameworks because no real monetary wagering occurs.
5.3 No Real Financial Risk
Users cannot lose real money through Cashino gameplay. The sole financial risk users assume is the opportunity cost of time spent in the application. Simulated Currency losses are without real-world consequence. The Service is appropriate for all age groups above the minimum usage threshold (13 years) precisely because genuine financial risk is eliminated.
6. Data Security & Account Protection
6.1 Encryption & Data Integrity
User account data, gameplay history, and reward allocation records are protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption protocols during transit and at-rest storage. Authentication mechanisms employ multi-factor protocols to prevent unauthorized account access. Cashino implements regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to maintain system integrity.
6.2 Account Compromise Protocols
In the event of suspected account compromise, users should immediately notify cashino@qateam.live. Upon verification of compromise, Cashino will implement account lockdown procedures and conduct forensic review. However, Cashino assumes no liability for unauthorized access occurring through user negligence (weak passwords, phishing susceptibility, device compromise, credential sharing).
6.3 Blockchain & Reward Immutability
Certain reward transactions may be recorded on distributed ledger technology (blockchain) to ensure immutability and user verification. These records are cryptographically-sealed and cannot be modified by Cashino post-issuance, providing users with permanent transaction verification capability.
7. Regulatory & Jurisdictional Compliance
7.1 Non-Gambling Classification
Due to Cashino's classification as a simulation-only application with no real monetary wagering, the Service operates outside traditional gaming regulation frameworks. However, Cashino maintains compliance with applicable laws regarding: consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), advertising standards, age verification protocols, and anti-fraud regulations.
7.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
While Cashino is legally available in most jurisdictions, certain geographic regions may impose restrictions due to local regulatory interpretations. Users are responsible for determining legal permissibility in their jurisdiction. Cashino reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at any time.
7.3 Tax Implications of Rewards
Users acknowledge that redeemed rewards may constitute taxable income in their jurisdiction. Cashino is not responsible for tax reporting, tax liability calculation, or IRS compliance obligations arising from reward redemption. Users should consult tax professionals regarding potential tax obligations.
8. User Responsibilities & Account Management
8.1 Account Security Obligations
Users assume full responsibility for: maintaining password confidentiality, securing their devices against malware, using only official Cashino channels for account access, and immediately reporting suspicious activity. Negligent account management absolves Cashino of liability for unauthorized access or fraudulent reward redemption.
8.2 Honest Engagement Requirement
Users agree to engage with the Service through legitimate gameplay only. Circumventing reward algorithms through exploitation, reverse-engineering, API abuse, or automated bot behavior constitutes Terms of Service violation. Detected violations result in immediate account termination without reward compensation.
8.3 Reward Claim Responsibility
Users are responsible for timely redemption of earned rewards. Unclaimed rewards expire according to published redemption windows. Expired rewards are non-recoverable. Cashino assumes no liability for expired, forfeited, or missed reward claims.
