Introduction

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use for Cashino Online Services (the "Service"). By using the Cashino app (the "Mobile Application"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this app. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted within the Cashino App. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications.

Basic Information

Cashino provides players ("Member") with the Service via the Mobile Application. Members must provide: 1) All equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, 2) Access to the Internet, and 3) Payment for any fees related to such connections.

By using the Mobile Application, you agree to only use the Service that is publicly accessible or to which you are properly enrolled or subscribed.

User Conduct and Rules

You may not use the app or the Service to:

• Acquire rewards or currency via automated or deceptive means.
• Create multiple accounts for gaming manipulation or abuse.
• Post unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
• Introduce malware or harmful code.
• Exploit minors or violate intellectual property rights.
• Engage in harassment, impersonation, or unsolicited advertising.
• Violate applicable laws or invade privacy.
• Reverse engineer or modify the app without permission.

User Termination

Cashino reserves the right to remove content or terminate your account without prior notice for violations of these terms, the Privacy Policy, illegal activities, or fraudulent gameplay.

Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for incorrect data, software errors, unauthorized interventions, technical issues, or damages from using the app or Service.

Usage Limitations

The app may only be used by individuals 13+ years old. We do not collect data from users under 13, and accounts found in violation will be deleted.

Guarantees

The app is provided “as is” without guarantees. You use it at your own risk, and we are not responsible for device or data loss.

Cooperation

Cashino is not affiliated with PayPal, gift card providers, gambling organizations, or social media platforms. Cashino is a simulator app only and does not involve real money gambling.

Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
